Yes — with written approval from your building management, EV home charging is possible even in apartments or flats.

At home charging using an EV energy plan and routine that uses off peak rate of $0.08 per kWh. Actual savings will vary depending on electricity rates, charging habits, driving behaviour and fuel prices.

Eligible customers are those who take up a Pre-Owned Flexi Own plan for a Polestar 2, Tesla Model Y, or Tesla Model 3 with Splend between 10 September 2025 and 31 December 2025; or are an existing Splend Flexi Own customer driving one of the above vehicles and receive a direct communication from Splend inviting participation in this Promotion.
