The promoter of this competition is Splend Australia Pty Ltd ("Splend")], located at 56-58 Boundary St, South Melbourne VIC 3205.

• The competition is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Entrants must have attended the recently concluded Uber Driver Expo Melbourne last 19 March 2025, either the 9:30am or 11am session.

• Employees of Splend, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The competition opens on 19 March 2025 and closes at 26 March 2025 5PM AEST ("Competition Period").

• To enter, eligible participants must attend the Uber Driver Expo Melbourne either the 9:30am or 11am session and complete the post-event survey during the Competition Period.

• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.

• Five ( 5 ) winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

• The draw will take place on 27 March 2025.

• Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days after the draw.

• If a winner cannot be contacted within seven ( 7 ) days of the draw, Splend reserves the right to select a new winner.

• Each winner will receive a $200 voucher ("Prize").

• The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

• Splend reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Splend reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.

• Splend is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent entry.

• Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Splend's Privacy Policy.

• The decision of Splend regarding any aspect of this competition is final and binding.

Splend is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in the competition or acceptance of the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
