Offer Terms & Conditions 

This offer (“Offer”) is open to individuals who registered for and attended the Uber & Splend's Driver Discovery Event in Brisbane — Eagle Farm Racecourse, 10:30am to 5:00pm AEST, Tuesday 15 September 2026 (“Discovery Event”) (each, an “Eligible Registrant”). 

• Eligible Registrants must be 23 years or older and Australian residents. 

• The Offer is limited to Brisbane Discovery Event registrants only and does not extend to registrants of any other Discovery Event city. 

• To redeem the Offer, an Eligible Registrant must sign a new Splend Flexi Own Quote for a new vehicle and pay the discounted Vehicle Setup Fee (the full Set-Up fee minus $500) in full on or before 5:00pm AEST, Wednesday 30 September 2026 (“Payment Deadline”). 

• The Terms and Conditions of the quote will apply. As such, no refunds of the discounted Set-Up Fee will be granted, unless allowed for pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the quote.    

• The $500 discount applies once per Eligible Registrant and once per Flexi Own quote, and cannot be split or applied across multiple agreements or vehicles. 

• The Offer is subject to the Eligible Registrant meeting Splend's standard eligibility, vehicle and onboarding approval criteria. The discount is not confirmed until the Flexi Own Agreement quote is executed and the discounted Setup Fee is paid before the Payment Deadline. 

• If the discounted Setup Fee is not paid in full by the Payment Deadline, the Offer lapses automatically and the standard Setup Fee becomes payable in full. 

• The discount is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other Splend offer or promotion unless expressly stated by Splend in writing. 

• Splend reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Eligible Registrant and the validity of any claim to the Offer. 

• Splend reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Offer at any time, to the extent permitted by law. 

• By accepting the Offer, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions

• Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Splend's Privacy Policy.
