• Adelaide — 29 Croydon Road, Keswick SA 5035, 10:30am to 5:00pm ACDT, Tuesday 20 October 2026

• Melbourne — 14–28 Montague Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205, 10:30am to 5:00pm AEDT, Tuesday 27 October 2026

• Sydney — 30–32 Dixon Street, Parramatta NSW 2150, 10:30am to 5:00pm AEDT, Tuesday 10 November 2026 (“Discovery Event”)

who are  23  years or older and are Australian residents.

Employees of Splend, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

To enter, eligible attendees must attend the Driver Discovery Event and sign a Flexi-Own Quote with Splend for any new vehicle on the same day.

Discovery Event days for each city are listed below:

• Brisbane - The competition opens at 10:30am 15 September 2026 and closes at 5:00 PM AEST on 15 September 2026 ("Competition Period").

• Gold Coast - The competition opens at 10:30am 29 September 2026 and closes at 5:00 PM AEST on 29 September 2026 ("Competition Period").

• Perth - The competition opens at 10:30am 13 October 2026 and closes at 5:00 PM AEST on 13 October 2026 ("Competition Period").

• Adelaide - The competition opens on 20 October 2026 and closes at 5:00 PM ACDT on 20 November 2026 ("Competition Period").

• Melbourne - The competition opens at 10:30am 27 October 2026 and closes at 5:00 PM AEDT on 27 October 2026 ("Competition Period").

• Sydney - The competition opens at 10:30am 10 November 2026 and closes at 5:00 PM AEDT on 10 November 2026 ("Competition Period").

Participation in this draw does not affect eligibility for any other prize draw.

One ( 1 ) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries for each city noted above. This is a game of chance.

The winner will be drawn on the next business day at 3:30pm AEST following the Discovery Event day for each city.

One entry per eligible attendee across all cities.

The winner will be contacted using the details provided when signing up for their Formal Quotation.

The prize consists of the winner's first month free on a Splend New Car Flexi Own Plan, subject to the winner meeting Splend's standard eligibility and approval criteria, and only once the winner executes a Splend Flexi Own Agreement for the vehicle connected with the signed Quote.

Month means 28 days for the purpose of this promotion only.

The winner must enter into a valid Splend New Car Flexi Own Agreement within 30 days of being notified as the winner, or within two days of the vehicle connected with the signed Quote becoming available, whichever is sooner, unless otherwise agreed with Splend (“Redemption Period”).

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The prize is not transferable and redeemable by any other person except the winner.

The prize covers the applicable Inclusions listed above only (and excludes the Exclusions), and

The winner must satisfy all standard Splend eligibility, vehicle and onboarding requirements before the prize can be redeemed.

Splend will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner to redeem their prize in writing and telephone.

If the selected winner does not enter into a Splend New Car Flexi Own Agreement for the applicable vehicle within the Redemption Period, Splend reserves the right to select another eligible winner at random without any further notice.

Splend reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and the validity of entries.

By entering the promotion, entrants consent to Splend contacting them regarding the prize draw and, if You are the winner, arranging fulfilment of the prize.

Splend reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary to the extent permitted by law.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and where applicable, the Flexi-Own agreement.

Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Splend's Privacy Policy.

By entering into the promotion you agree your personal information may be retained or disclosed for the purpose of complying with trade promotion laws applicable in the respective city the promotion is to take place.

By entering into the promotion, You agree that You may be featured in Splend marketing and promotion.

The decision of Splend regarding any aspect of this competition is final and binding.

Liability

Splend limits its liability to the value of the promotion and to the extent permitted by law. Splend is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, loss of income or consequential loss suffered as a result of participation in the promotion or acceptance of the Prize.
